Sinopse
MATILHA is a performance constructed between dream and document, which witnesses the encounter between audience, performers and a pack of cyberdogs. On the border between cruelty, bestiality and pet-keeping, the performance elaborates on the polyamorous encounters evident in the historical matrix of the millennial interspecies relationship humane/canis lupus familiaris. — Joana Magalhães/ Plataforma UMA
AMORES PERROS is a prismatic and expanded project conceived by the three co-directors of Plataforma UMA, based on their companionship with their dogs. In PART 1, Mafalda Lencastre and Joana Magalhães simultaneously present two shows — UNDERDOG and MATILHA, respectively — and an installation — BISCOITO.
